All orders are shipped through Australia Post. Delivery timeframes may vary depending on your location and the postal service network.

After your order has been dispatched, delivery is managed by the shipping carrier. While we take great care in preparing and sending each parcel, Essie & Eleventh is not responsible for delays, disruptions, or service interruptions caused by third-party shipping providers.

Lost or Stolen Parcels

Once a parcel has been dispatched and accepted by Australia Post, it becomes the responsibility of the carrier. Essie & Eleventh cannot be held liable for parcels that are lost, stolen, or delayed during transit.

If an issue occurs with your delivery, we recommend contacting Australia Post directly using your tracking number. We will do our best to assist where possible.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure that all shipping details are entered correctly at checkout. Essie & Eleventh cannot be responsible for orders delivered to incorrectly supplied addresses.
