At Essie & Eleventh, each garment is crafted to order in Australia by our in-house team. As a slow fashion house, we produce intentionally and exclusively — every piece is created specifically for the client who orders it.
For this reason, we do not offer refunds. However we do offer exchanges or store credit on all orders!
We encourage you to review all product details, measurements, and sizing information carefully before placing your order. Should you require assistance selecting the right fit, our team is available to guide you prior to purchase.
Made-to-Order Commitment
All pieces are made to order and require approximately 10–14 business days for production.
As part of our commitment to ethical craftsmanship and responsible fabric sourcing, subtle variations in fabric placement or cut may occur. These nuances are a natural characteristic of handmade production and contribute to the individuality of each garment.
Each piece remains true to its design while carrying the unique character of slow, considered creation.
Faulty or Damaged Items
We comply fully with Australian Consumer Law.
If you believe your item has arrived damaged or with a manufacturing fault, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:
Kindly include your order number and clear photographs outlining the concern. Once reviewed, we will work with you to provide an appropriate resolution in accordance with Australian Consumer Law. Where required, this may include repair, replacement, or refund.
Approved Returns
If a return is authorised:

The garment must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
